Little bites full of joy, these bars are so easy to make, and are always a hit with all the family. My Nutrition Irelandhas plenty of experience delivering workshops on nutrition and healthy eating courses in schools for kids and parents alike. The most common questions are about sweet treats and this tasty recipe is always very popular at our classes.

It is a lovely thing to prepare healthy treats with your kids. There is always excitement and anticipation on testing your creations together. Using healthy ingredients that will have a great impact on their health, while also educating them for life.

There is great power and confidence knowing exactly what it is that you are adding to your healthy treats, no hidden chemicals, sugars or colouring. On top of that you are using ingredients with great nutritional value, adding flavour, smiles and health benefits to your sweet treats. Sweet cravings don’t have to be daunting, instead it can be a great opportunity to eat the right type of foods.
