1 chicken fillet
50ml pure honey in a bowl
50g wholemeal breadcrumbs
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 clove garlic crushed finely
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (chives are great)
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Slice the chicken breast length ways (4 Strips).
Slice each strip length ways again (8 Strips).
Cut all the chicken strips in half (16 Fingers)
With your left hand, dip a chicken strip into the honey and cover it well. Then drop the strip into the breadcrumbs.
With your right hand, roll the sticky strip into the crumbs and place it on the baking tray. Repeat this until all strips are covered in honey and crumbs.
Place in the oven and cook for 15-18 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
While they‘re cooking, put all the dip ingredients in a little serving bowl and mix well.
When the chicken is cooked through and has cooled slightly, serve on a plate with the dip. And remember, no double dipping!
