Benefits of wholesome food for children.

Hey everyone Freddy Buttons here, just wanted to tell you all about the benefits of wholesome food for children.

Healthy eating involves consuming a variety of whole and nutritious foods like fruit and veg (Yum!). Starting a healthy lifestyle during childhood can have long-term advantages and it makes it more likely that young people will hold onto these good habits throughout life.

By eating healthy wholesome food you are less likely to;

* be obese or have weight problems

* suffer heart disease

* get type 2 diabetes

* suffer low self esteem due to weight problems

* experience joint and mobility problems due to obesity

* or be subject to cancer.
