Freddy’s Foodie Friday – Week 10

Hi everyone!

We are on Week 10 of ‘Freddy’s Foodie Fridays’, and on the week that we announced the arrival of the next Freddy Buttons book, we get to feature the fabulous Irish brand that is Inch House Pudding.

This is a third generation pudding recipe that has been passed from Granny Mary to her daughter Nora and now on to Nora’s daughter, Mair?n. ?Mary lived in a time in Ireland when a ‘no waste’ policy was not an option, but a necessity.

Today, Mary’s granddaughter Mair?n keeps the tradition alive and her pudding has become one of the best-loved puddings in Ireland (I can vouch for this).

Inch House Puddings are a true artisan product, hand-made to a recipe handed down through the generations using locally sourced products wherever possible.

Inch House puddings do not contain any Monosodium Glutamate, stabilizers, emusifiers or any artificial flavours or preservatives. They are naturally high in iron and are suitable for freezing. There is also a gluten-free black pudding to cater for those with a gluten intolerance.

To be in with a chance to receive a surprise in the post from Ma?rin, just pop over to Freddy’s Facebook or Instagram and like and comment on the Inch House Pudding Post. ?The winner will be announced on Monday.

Have a great weekend!

Fiona
