This week, on the penultimate week of Freddy’s Foodie Friday, we are featuring Blanco Niño and their wonderful tortilla chips.
The entire team at Blanco Niño have a passion for Mexican food and in fact, owner Phil, travelled to Mexico some years ago and visited the farms, mills and tortilla factories to learn about the process, history and cultural importance of making tortillas.
Blanco Niño have been making their authentic corn tortillas since 2015 and selling them to restaurants across Europe. As of today, their delicious tortilla chips are now available in Dunnes Stores and independent retailers, so now we can all enjoy them!
Their first flavour is Sea Salt with salt sourced from heritage producers in Celestún, Mexico.
