We are busy here packing up lots of Freddy Buttons storybooks and colouring books to post around the country in time for children’s birthdays. We’re sending a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all the FBI members celebrating their birthdays this week.
Meanwhile in Tipperary, the folks at Cooleeney Cheese are busy making their delicious cheeses. They are blessed in the Tipperary countryside with peaty soil, a perfect climate and clover rich grass, so their Friesian herd couldn’t ask for more and produce THE best milk for their cheeses.
This week we have teamed up with Cooleeney to give one lucky reader a gift of Cooleeney cheese. Just like our 12 weeks of Summer Giveaways, I don’t know what you are going to win. Could it be Dunbarra (one of my favourites), Gortnamona or Daru? Maybe it will be some Gleann Oir or Maighean?
